Founded by dcass in '01, this bizarre experiment in rotating Admins, shameless self-promotion, and awkward sexual tension quickly became one of the sideshow oddities of the Splinterverse. It was not uncommon for dicky to promote a poster to admin, only to have that poster ban dicky from his own board.
